I have just purchase the Expressions Pro 4 and was using WME9 with my Logitech C920 with no issues but when I tried to configure it as my live source in Expressions, I receive the error "unable to create device. it may be in use or not functioning."

If there's a fix for this that would be great, otherwise, we can't afford new equipment so I'll have to return the software and purchase a diffferent one.

I'm afraid that the bad news is that this device does not work with EE4 directly (and yes MS should update EE4 to improve device compatibility, but that isn't going to happen as the product is a dead duck now). The Logitech C910 does work however. I  suppose you could use a virtual camera driver (i.e. Webcam Splitter), but you would need this and a virtual audio splitter. In the end, the cost of those apps would be prohibitive IMO. I've had better luck with the Microsoft HD web cameras.
