    First things first:

    A.    Expression Encoder 4 Pro SP2

    B.    64bit

    C.    N/A

    D.    GotoMeeting file with GTM codec installed

    E.     GTM codec 5.4.0. 1060

    F.     No specific requirements


    So I use EE 4 to edit/encode GotoMeeting recordings. I've had no issues with the free version, however, when I upgraded to Pro, I now have no ability to edit nor can I encode. I get an  0x813A0002 error every time I try to encode the video, no matter what encoding settings I use or codecs I have enabled/disabled.

    I've searched the forums on this problem and seen that this is a hang issue, but I have plenty of RAM to do the job, the file is only 35MG and I had no issues doing this exact same task before I upgraded.
