Encoder and Windows 8

Question

Hi there, I am in the process of reinstalling my Windows 8 tablet due to doing the following. Installing Encoder 4, realising that full screen capture looks awful, uninstalling, noticing that Visual Studio says that .NET 4 isn't present, repairing Visual Studio 2012 and restarting. Windows no longer boots, Safe Mode works but can't do anything effectively to fix the issue. Just thought I'd let you know. Hopefully someone goes to the effort of either fixing the installer, or preventing it from installing in Windows 8. Nick.
