Web Expressions Pro 4 keeps asking to be activated

Question

All of a sudden today when i went to open Web Expressions 4 it asked me to activate my software. when I do it says this software has alreadt been activated then it closes the entire orogram.  I uninstalled and reinstalled and when prompted activated it successfully, but it still does the same thing when i try to start the program, asks to be activated then closes after the message that it is already activated.

Any help here would be appreciated.
