    Hi,

    Please, I am trying to install Visual Studio 2005, but i receive error 1311 - '_15690_RTL_x86_enu_MM_Setup_Files_VS_STD.cab' file is missing.

    Please can any one send the file?

    Check the installation resources. It must be resource issue.

    Check disk 2 of your install.  I had the same issue and it was on the second disk.

     Yes the file is located on the 2nd CD but the problem is that no option is given to point to the 2nd CD to continue with install.

    You can Copy the stuff to the same directory from 2CD and run setup.exe to install.
