How to change Expression Studio key to new computer

Question

Does anyone know the phone number or contact info of where I can ahold of someone who can help me transfer my Expression Studio key to my new computer? The google machine has failed to bring up any info but this has to be a pretty common occurrence.

Have you tried to install and activate it? Are you encountering problems? From what I know, support for licensing and activation issues is free through official Microsoft support.
