Text Moves while MediaElement plays

Question

Using Blend I have built a simple website. A text list with radio buttons to the left and the MediaElement to the right of the text list. When the Media element plays and window is maximized and the Text list to the left divides itself while the Media play is to the right. I don't want that to happen. There is a wide open space to the left of the player. How do I stop the text list from moving, dividing? Thank you.
