Got error when i want to open old Expression blend project (used .Net 3.5 and Exp blend 3) on Windows 8

hi

on windows 7 i can open old project (using .net 3.5 and Exp Blend 3) with convert to the new version of .NET and open it but now when i want to open a project i've got Error 

so I've got these errors 

1. when i open
