Expression Blend 5 for sale?

Question

I've seen conflicting information out there about Expression Blend 5. Visual Studio 2012 is out for sale and some sources say Blend is available for purchase with VS2012.

What's the deal, can I buy Blend 5 with VS2012 now or what?

Blend for Visual Studio 2012 is available with VS 2012 for creating Windows Store apps on Windows 8.  http://blendinsider.com/technical/available-now-blend-for-visual-studio-2012-2012-08-15/
