There are plenty of examples and guides on how to publish to SharePoint, but none I have found offer much help if the Publish to SharePoint... menu item is grayed out.

Any idea how to fix this?

It is only enabled for a Silverlight SketchFlow project, what project type are you working with?

I think it's a WPF project (it's not immediately clear how to tell).

I did create a Silverlight SketchFlow project in the same solution and Publish to SharePoint... isn't an option there either.

Once you created it, were you editing a document from the silverlight project when you checked the menu item?  Try creating an entirely new solution as a SketchFlow Silverlight project and check it then.

Looks like that did the trick. From what I'm reading there's no easy way to convert the project from WPF to Silverlight.
