Can't Access Store

    Question

  • I'm in the US, and I cannot access the store. I receive the error:

The subscriptions you selected are not currently available for purchase in your region. Additionally, the Store is not available to users who have an Enterprise Agreement. For more information, click here.

I can't get technical support because it isn't on my account, so I can't open a ticket to fix it.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!

  • Hi,

If so, I would suggest you contact support,  it's free, and it's the best choice for you.
Please contact support team by creating a support ticket at http://www.windowsazure.com/en-us/support/contact/
Or if that doesn't work because you don't have an active subscription you will need to contact general customer support to have them create a support ticket for you http://support.microsoft.com/gp/customer-service-phone-numbers?wa=wsignin1.0
    Best Regards

  • Hi Kickace,

Please remember the store is disabled for Enterprise Agreement subscriptions in preview.

See more details at Azure Store FAQs: http://www.windowsazure.com/en-us/gallery/store/faq/
