i get a problem every time i sign up in windows azure

  • i am from egypt

    when every time i try to sign up in windows azure i can't and i get this message:

    "We can't authorize the payment method. Please make sure the information is correct, or use another payment method. If you continue to get this message, please contact your financial institution."

    and my Visa electron is valid and i tried it in another site and it worked.

    how can i solve this problem?

    Windows azure require a credit card or debit card to authenticate you when you sign-up(http://www.windowsazure.com/en-us/offers/ms-azr-0044p/). Please double check the card message.It seems like Pre-paid cards are not accepted as a payment instrument in Windows Azure. If it is a regular credit card and your financial institution has not blocked the card. If you use other type card, it may be not supported. I would encourage you contact support team by creating a support ticket at http://www.windowsazure.com/en-us/support/contact/  Or if that doesn't work you will need to contact general customer support to have them create a support ticket for you http://support.microsoft.com/gp/customer-service-phone-numbers?wa=wsignin1.0

    I loss more than 10 USD for sign up

    but I can not sign up .
