ScreenCapture video recording is blank/no picture

Question

I have the expression 4 installed on the VM and test settings set to capture video recording. When I play the video, its just blank. I tried saving the ScreenCapture.xesc file. It says its about 3.99MB.

But, when i play it there is no video. Its just blank for 1:53.

Ok, I solved the issue. There was an update to Expression Encoder that I needed to install on the client machines.
