create custom SDK using Visual Stidio 2010

Hi,
   I need to create custom SDK for payment solution using Visual Stidio 2010.

   Can any one help me and provide the way to create SDK in C# or using .Net 4.0.

   WHAT IS THE BEST PRECTICE TO CREATE CUSTOM SDK IN .NET 4.0
