VB.net App gives Error when Enter Key is pressed in Windows 7 pc.

Question

My application developed in VB.net 2003 - Dot Net Frame work 1.1,  send me this error while pressing Enter key on my application.

It gives problams only for Windows 7..,  for all other OS it works well on Win Xp, Win Server 2003 ...
