how to find matching records fm 2-dbf files

Dear Sir

How to find matching (numaric) record fm two dbf file, one dbf file contain on 1-field/column which name is N1

& 2nd dbf file contain on 5-columns/field, which names are N1,N2,N3,N4 & N5
