Unable to add thumbnail to newly added Tool

Question

When creating/editing a new tool on the Gallery site, I am unable to associate any associated picture.  There are no controls to upload a picture in the Basic Information section, just two empty labels which say "Thumbnail" and "Screen Shot" with nothing next to them.

 

Is the screenshot supposed to be pulled automatically from the .VSIX, are the controls disabled, or is it some browser compatibility problem (I've tried it on IE, Firefox, and Chrome).

Eventually figured this out, the picture and icon are only pulled from the images associated with the VSIX via editing the vsixmanifest file and adding items for the "Icon" and "Preview Image" fields.
