TF26204 error while adding group in transition of work flow (TF26204: The account you entered is not recognized. Contact your Team Foundation Server administrator to add your account....)

Question

When i try to import work item after adding the group name in work flow transition

it through the error TF26204 : the account  you entered is not ..............

I have given the pemission in group memeber and even in TFS Console.

Thank you for your post.

What the fomat of group name you entered?

1. The group name should like: =[project]\name.
2. Do not contain any backslashes as values in group name.
3. About the transition, you can refer to Restricting State Transitions.
