Converting Complex Stored Procedure into Reporting services

Question

Hello,
I had written a stored procudure for client for reporting and the ni used to copy the data in excel and send it to distribution list. The stor proc is complex( Mutiple inserts in #Temp table, mutiple selects using linked servers, and then finally mutiple updates). Our client wants it to get it now done in SQL Server 2008 r2 reporting services /power pivot etc. Is it possible? How to do mutiple writebacks to the database? Do i need to create a Datawarehosue for this or can use same transactional SQL server? Any insight will be of great help. Thanks
