Cannot install AdventureWorks2008 -SP1

Question

I am getting error during installation of  AdventureWorks 2008R2 SR1

Failed Object Initialization(ISupportInitialize.EndInit). An exception occurred while executing a Transact-SQL statement or batch. Error at object 'Database Selection' in markup file 'DatabaseInstaller;component/databaseselection.xaml' Line 78 Position 3.

This error message comes as soon as I accept the license term and say Next. 

I tried to apply all suggestions that I found in internet and this site but nothing works,

I could be able to install it using approach without FILE STREAM.
