置頂Use "Ask a Question" if you have a problem - not "General Discussion"

Using "Ask a Question" does not exclude a discussion that ends with finding the answer to your question.

However "General Discussion" threads do not allow anyone to mark the thread as Answered - which is useful information and which in effect "Closes" the thread.

(It also by the way means that no-one who replies to the thread gets any points for doing so. Which is a little known fact.)

So please try to use "General Discussion" only on those rare occasions you genuinely have a discussion issue rather than a problem you want to find an answer to.

    Thanks !

(Yes, it is ironic that I had to use "General Description" for this one ...)
