copy paste problem

Hello,
I have a problem when I want to paste some text to some text areas in MOSS 2007. For now I noticed it in the following fields:
- Site collection administrators people picker (Ctrl V - nothing happens, can right click, but clicking Paste doesn't do anything)
- Rich text multiline field (Nothing happens after Ctrl V and right click menu doesnt show)
- Rich text editor of the Custom Content Web Part ("ErrorScript" appears and a strange little arow. Clicking on the arrow expands a menu with options: "Remove Inline Styles", "Keep Text only", "Keep inline Styles". Clicking on non of the options help)
- Content on publishing sites (same symptoms as in Custom Content Web Part)

Additional info I can think of:
- Im in a corporate network so it can be caused by a GPO
- The problem repeats on 2 servers (not in a farm)

Have anyone of You faced this problem and repaired it?

Check if java script is enabled in your browser.
this issue is not with sharepoint, but most likely with your desktop configuration
