- We can do this with a workflow, without MOSS and without RMS: the comment is wrong, we don't need RMS, the article just mentions Information management Policy setting to apply a policy at the list level, and the guy of the comment thought is was related to RMS :-)

He doesn't seem to be mistaken. The final para talks about RMS.

- I believe the reason that they mention that it's not possible with WSS is due to the workflows being used.
Agree with Serge that there's not really a need for RMS.
