sharepoint data reading to asp.net mvc3 application

Question

Hi All,

This is narasimha i am working for HP client location.

I have Sharepoint integration problem with Asp.net mvc 3 Application,can you please help me anybody on this.

1.Created asp.net mvc3 application 

2.added micosoft. sharepoint..dll to references.

3.i had already created one web application in SP server2010,now i need to read the data from sp web application lists data to asp.net mvc3 application.

3.while running getting below error.

Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Sharepoint.Sandbox' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.
