Problème de mise à jour SharePoint 2010

Question

Bonjour,

Je veux installer la dernière mise à jour de SharePoint sur mes serveurs de prod.

Je télécharge les binaires ils sont installés sans aucun problème, quand je lance la mise à niveau, à l'étape 9 ça beug et j'ai le message d'erreur impossible de mettre à niveau "Microsoft.SharePoint.PostSetupConfiguration. PostSetupConfigurationTaskException"

Avez-vous une idée ?

Dans le fichier log, j'ai le message d'erreur suivant "The exclusive inplace upgrader timer job failed"

Salut Magic_Tun,

Exécute cette commande: psconfig -cmd upgrade -inplace b2b -force
et re-test

Egalement fait un disable du firewall et ramene la valeur du GUID a 1

Si celà ne fonctionne pas, colle nous les erreurs dans les logs stp .. /14/LOGS

Bonjour Gokan,

Tu trouveras ci-dessous un extrait du fichier log et ça beug à l'étape 9. Sur la pré-prod j'ai installé la MAJ et je n'ai pas eu de problèmes !!!!

Les logs ne disent rien d'explicite, Avec vous désactivé l'UAC?

Il y'a un autre Work Arround: ( extrait copier/coller du thread)

I run once again the command „PSConfig.exe -cmd upgrade -inplace b2b -force -cmd applicationcontent -install -cmd installfeatures“ in the “Bin” Folder as an administrator console session.

In the moment I saw the staus “Configurationtask 5 of 6 is executed” I start to run the command “net start SPTraceV4 & net start SPWriterV4 & net start SPAdminV4 & net start SPSearch4 & net start SPTimerV4” in a parallel administrator console session and after that the configuration task finished successfully.

faites la commande : PSConfig.exe -cmd upgrade -inplace b2b -force -cmd applicationcontent -install -cmd installfeatures et sur le block au niveau 9, executer la commande net start SPTraceV4 & net start SPWriterV4 & net start SPAdminV4 & net start SPSearch4 & net start SPTimerV4

J'ai vu sur internet qu'il fallait désactiver l'UAC, mais je n'ai pas trouvé comment faire?

Ah, comme je te l'avais demandé dans mon poste précedent je m'en doutais aussi de l'UAC ..

• Démarrer
• Panneau de configuration
• Comptes et protection utilisateurs
• Comptes d’utilisateurs
• Modifier les paramètres de contrôle du compte d'utilisateur

Bonjour Gokan,

Merci pour vos réponses, ce qui m'intrigue c'est que l'UAC est paramétré de la même façon sur la prod et la pré-prod.

Sur la pré-prod la mise à niveau est passée alors que sur la prod non.

Je testerai ce weekend (vu que c'est la prod) et je vous tiens au courant.

S'il y a d'autres pistes n'hésitez pas.

Une petite question, est-ce que le compte d'installe de SharePoint doit avoir les droits en écriture dans l'AD? (si oui pourquoi)?

Actuellement il a le droit en lecture uniquement.

Bonjour Magic_Tun,

Moi perso qaund je crée un utilisateur qui sera mon compte d'installe SharePoint, dans L'AD il fait directement partie de 2 groups

• Domain Admins
• Administrators group

Le compte d'installe, est enfaite mon "farm admin" aussi .. Donc SPFARM par exemple sera dans ces 2 groups et sera ma farm admin et sera mon compte d'installe..

Maintenant si vous avez réussi a installer les autres patch avec l'utilisateur actuel, et que ca foire maintenant .. c'est que accause des "cummulative updates", "patchs" , .. une option de sécurité à été change ..

Bonjour tout le monde,

Quelques questions concernant la mise à jour:

1/ c'est quoi le risque si la mise à niveau ne s'est pas déroulée correctement sachant que l'intranet fonctionne à première vue?

2/ Parfois le wizard de config termine correctement et pourtant sur la console d'admin dans gestion des mises à niveau --> vérifier l'état de la mise à niveau, vous avez echec  comment vous expliquez ça??

Les patchs ne seront pas appliqué, votre SP tournera toujours .. mais sans les nouveaux patchs ..

2/ Parfois le wizard de config termine correctement et pourtant sur la console d'admin dans gestion des mises à niveau

ceci prend en charge toute la ferme, le SQL, le WFE, ... si y'a un patch qui est different d'un autre serveur .. là, vous verrez echec .. il faut que meme les version et signature de patchs soit au MEME niveau ..
