sharepoint product configuration wizard

i am facing following error in sharepoint product configuration wizard

"An exception of type Microsoft.Sharepoint.Administration.SPUpdatedConcurencyException" was thrown. Additional exception information: An updated conflict has occured. What is this error ? Please help me to solve this error.

Hi

Clear the config cache. Refer KB 939308 for the steps for clearing the cache.ini

Re-run the following command to perform the upgrade:

psconfig -cmd upgrade -inplace -b2b -force -wait
