    Hi All,

I am new to sharepoint and am learning how to use it.

We have a requirement to create a site template, When the site is created it will have some document libraries and workflows built into it, i have no issues creating this. The site template will be used for each customer so in effect each customer will have their own site.

But on the site homepage I want to have that customers information e.g. renewal dates, premiums, contact info etc.

I dont want it to be displayed in a list or a wiki page i want something like a web for that once entered displays the information like a webpage but that can be edited by a button.

I would also like to be able to run workflows that send a reminder before the renewal date i have no issue creating this just need the fields to be in the sharepoint designer.

below is an example of what data i am trying to display, this is a two page word document but i want to display in the same format as below but on a site homepage? any help would really be appreciated.

if you need clarification on anything please let me know.

    Thanks

    Steve

    Hi

I guess it will have to be web part or visual web part. Are you ok to use the VS?

Also you could consider using infopath form webpart and set a parameter on load to get appropriate data from a list.
