Error when opening a task

Question

I have a simple approval worflow whereby if someone submits a document (InfoPath Form) the approver recieves an approval task within an email. The issue is that if i assign myself as the approver to test, everything works, but for anyone else that i have tried, the task is assigned but the infopath will not open. The error message is below.

valid XML document.DTD is
prohibited.Line 2, Position 9

I have checked the ULS Viewer and notice i have a lot of errors saying "Unknown SPRequest error occured. More Information 0x80070005.

This is an error in the infopath form...

Is it a custom form (web browser or application enabled)? Maybe you use data which have particulars permissions?

I am receiving this error as well.

It is with Outlook 2010 and a standard SharePoint task on a non customized form.
