Duration vs Task Time

I have a task that will only take 2 hours to complete. However, I want the duration to be 1 day.
I have set the duration at 1 day. I changed the task type to "Fixed Duration". Then I set the "Resource Units" to 25%.
Is this the bext way to do this, or am I going around the neighborhood to get next door?
