How to display the cached passwords in Internent Explorer 7?

Hi:

 Does anything know how to display the cached passwords in Internent Explorer 7?

 I only know the passwords are storaged in in the Registry:  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet\Explorer\IntelliForms\Storage2

 But I don't know which encryption algorithm the passwords are encrypted with .

  any ideas or any code samples?
