Context Menu in XSLT DataView missing Workflow option

Question

Hi All,
I am trying to create an XSLT data view but I cannot seem to find the "Name (Link to document with edit item)" is missing from the field list.  Also the Name field is missing the Workflow option.  What do I need  to do to get the complete list of options depending on the users rights to the list?  Please help... this is my first SharePoint project so I am a bit of a novice!
