ClickOnce deployment from Office Live Small Business?

Is there any way to do ClickOnce deployment from Office Live Small Business?

I have an application I would like to sell as a download from Office Live Small Business.  For now, this is delivered as a zip file download, but this is a poor user experience and doesn't easily support upgrades.  Is there a way to deploy my app with ClickOnce?  Should I check out Azure, instead?
