Problem related to Microsoft .ner services & sql services portal

Hi

I have a problem with .net services portal.
I am trying to sign in the azure services platform form .net services but could not able to sign in.
When i clicked it on signin link for existing customer it is showing me the following error "Network Timeout : The server at zurich-portal.accesscontrol.windows.net is taking too long to respond." I am trying to access this from yesterday but still showing me the same error.
Also i have tried using link http://portal.ex.azure.microsoft.com/gettingstarted.aspx but giving 403 forbidden error.
However i can successfully sign in for azure portal.

What is the problem with .net services portal.
What should i do ?

I have the some problem in my company's network, but I can access without any problem at my home.
Still couldn't found out the reason. Maybe something difference with DSN server.
