Hi im working on a flying boat, AirFish, but i cant seem to get my model to stabilize and move in water. After using the object placement tool to place our model in the water, we cant move the craft and it just in that position. And we tried to look into the aircraft configuration and flight files but it still doesent work so need help and advice regarding this problem

When using the object placement tool you are placing scenery.

You will need to install the .mdl as an airplane simobject.  I have never done it and I do not have a copy of esp running... but with fsx/a I would start by copying the goose files over to an airfish directory and then replace the models and textures with yours and adjust the .cfg's acordingly.
    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\SimObjects\Airplanes\Grumman_Goose_G21A
