    Hi,

Have you ever enable CDN for Azure Blob Storage? If your need make your resource can be downloaded by greate numbers of customers or users, please try to enable CDN for clients. Refer to this link for getting started:

    http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/WAZPlatformTrainingCourse_WindowsAzureCDN

After enable CDN, the first request from customers will be slow than second request, because cache-data is created and following requests doesn't need get data from HK data center again (except CDN is out of TTL).

If you think the connections is still slow, I would like to suggestion you contact our customer supports on:

    https://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?gprid=14928&st=1&wfxredirect=1&sd=gn

    Hope it can help you.

    1. It not so slow previously
    2. Upload data can't use the cdn
    3. Enable  cdn, the container must be public,it's forbid for our data
    4. I have called to customer supports for help, but was told only through the post to seek help for Azure

    Hi,

Does your test environment is the same? As network is changing all times, the slow speed of network can also cause this issue. And accroding to Windows Azure service dashboard, i can not find HK data center has any running issues (no performance degradation).

If you table rows increased, the download and upload time will increase also, i am not very sure "AverageE2ELatency vale $MetricsTransactionsBlob bigger that before" means, what the problem?

sorry,my english is poor.Should be " the AverageE2ELatency value in $MetricsTransactionsBlob table is bigger than before",i am not sure the AverageE2ELatency  will affect the access speed. and we use the blob,no table.

    Hi,

It seems that the AverageE2ELatency means the handling time of Blob REST service, let me loop it with Azure team to see if they can helps.
