The VSTO documentation team has produced three series of short audio programs that describe Office development using Visual Studio 2008. Each series contains several short episodes, which are generally five minutes long or shorter. Each episode addresses a specific aspect of VSTO.
You can listen to individual episodes at your computer, or you can download the series to listen to on a media player. Since they're in MP3 format, they should work on most players.
