Can't design web forms in Visual Studio 2008 on Vista Home Premium

Question

I've installed VS 2008 Pro on my Vista Home Premium machine.  Everything seems to work correctly except that I cannot see ASP.Net webforms in design view.  When I click the design tab the form simply freezes.

I've read that there may be problems when Office 2000 or Front Page is installed, but I have neither.

I do have Office 03 but without Front Page.

I have IIS installed, I had VS 2003 installed but have since uninstalled it...I'm not sure what else is pertinent. 

Any ideas?
