out of memory error

I have been googling this all afternoon and am no closer to a solution. I have a vb.net 3.5 framework interop user control being consumed by a vb6 form in a vb6 MDI. It was giving me the out of memory error and when I would redraw it on the vb6 form the control would load and run fine but now I can not load it on the form. I have read where this is a bug but I cannot go the 4.0 or 4.5 because the users will not have it on their machinees. Any ideas or suggetions would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the MSDN Forum.
If you are sure it is a bug in framework 3.5, so I suggest you install 4.0 framework on the users' machines. And you can also search the Connect site for this bug to check the workaround(s).
As per joydemelo said, please post more information about your issue, and we will try to post our further suggestions.
