Redirect SharePoint Products

Question

I am following the Restore single-server deployment to new hardware document for moving TFS 2010. I am stuck on my test server the instructions say to run this command but it is not working please advise.

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\12\BIN>stsadm -o addcontentdb -url http://localhost -databaseserver localhost -databasename WSS_Content_7feeba7f23854cbdab04411c887fc6d4

Did you receive any error message?         

According the document: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms404869.aspx#RedirectSPT. You should install and configure the SharePoint Product on the new server, and move the content database for SharePoint Products(WSS_Content) to the new server first, then redirect SharePoint Product(which on the new server) to new content database, please refer to the detailed steps in this document: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc668750.aspx.

As we know that, SharePoint product work as a separate component with TFS 2010, for how to move SharePoint Product(on old server) database to the new server and redirect SharePoint Product(on new server) to use the new content database, I suggest you to post it at http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/category/sharepoint for better response.
