SQL server Email Notification Problem with Mapi

Question

HI ,

We are using exchange 2007 wich uses MAPI as its protocol instead of SMTP in previous version of exchange .

Although I define the mailbox role name for sql alert ,Email notification fails .

Do you know what steps should I take to enable email notification of SQL in exchange 2007 ?

Regarding to your description, which seems be an Exchange issue.
