Adding a Hyperlink button to sequence through each column that is added to SharePoint Designer as a edit or New Form.

Question

I'm trying to do something that seems simple, but taking me a rather long time to figure out. I am attempting to add a previous and next Hyperlink button to sequence through each Question column that is added to SharePoint Designer Page as a Edit or New Form. I have 28 Questions in a list and want to give the user the opportunity to sequence through backwards and forwards.

When I click on the Quiz link that is in Part 2, the link takes me to the same question for each of the quiz links. I've tried everything. Thanks.
