Services Automation

Question

Hi,

I would like to know if thers a script\bat file to restart a windows services automatically if a condition is true,

For ex: I would like to check the http:\\xx-xx:port and if this link respondins fine, then only restart this windows service.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
