i am not able to find the reference microsoft.identitymodel dll

Question

I came across one of examples in access control which is using microsoft.identitymodel 
and i was unable to locate this dll in my system
having googled to download this dll i was not able to locate it
can any help me in getting this dll so that i can proceed further.

Hello, have you downloaded and installed Geneva Framework Beta 2 from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=118c3588-9070-426a-b655-6cec0a92c10b? After you installed Geneva Framework, Microsoft.IdentityModel.dll will be added to GAC. You can also locate it under C:\Program Files\Microsoft Geneva Framework\ReferenceAssemblies.
