Windows AppFabric monitoring ASStagingTable table is not being populated with events

Question

I have AppFabric monitoring installed and configured on an IIS web farm (2 servers) and pointing to a remote enterprise SQL server.  My problem is that no events are being written to the ASStagingTable.  It seems as though the servers with the monitoring component are not talking to the SQL server.  There are no errors on either the monitoring client servers or the SQL server.  Of course, the dashboard returns all zeros.

I HAVE PERFORMED ALL OF THE RECOMMENDED TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS I COULD FIND!

The issue was resolved by adding the domain service account to the IIS_IUSRS group.
