• Visual Studio 2010 Beta 1 now available

  VS2010 beta 1 now available to all! There are no specific forums for posting questions related to the beta, but the use of the existing C#/VB forums are considered appropriate for posting those questions. If posting please add the tag 2010 to the forum post.

• Visual Studio 2010 Beta 2 Now Available

  To follow up with OmegaMan's original announcement: Visual Studio 2010 Beta 2 is now available.

  Beta 2 can be installed on production machines with the usual caveats.  Note that B2 fixes a lot of problems in the earlier betas so be sure to test against B2 before submitting (or posting questions about) 2010.  This will save everyone a lot of time.
  
  The tentative release date for 2010 as commented on by MS is 22 March 2010.  A Go-Live license is available for those brave enough to go that route.  It is discussed here: http://blogs.msdn.com/jeffbe/archive/2009/10/19/going-live-with-visual-studio-2010-beta-2.aspx
  
  Be sure to tag all posts related to VS2010 with the VS2010 (or 2010) tag.  If you find reproducible issues in VS2010 then be sure to submit them to MS at the Connect site (http://connect.microsoft.com).  That is the only way to get things fixed.
