Hello Mr. Poupore,

Thanks for the post but is there a way I can access the API  for Online Commercial Intent (OCI) http://adlab.microsoft.com/Online-Commercial-Intention/ I wan't to write a php script and run it to my website.

Please advice. Thanks for the help.
