  • This is not a problem. This is a normal responce of Windows when you try to execute a damaged or non-executable file as a program,  or an executable file for a different machine type.

  • Is your Windows 7 machine a Windows 7 32bit system?  If so, the executable may be built as a 64bit executable.

     

    Otherwise, it's likely that your executable got corrupted somehow.  If the exe's structure got corrupted (this can happen in various ways, especially if transferring between systems via networking, and you have virus scanners, etc), then this message will occur.
