When I try to view my past bill under Billing History; I get following error -
The requested PDF document is not yet generated.
I am using my MSDN subscription; so the billing amount is $0 but I would still like to see how the bill looks like. And was also hoping to see my past usage details in the bill. The only usage that I could see is for the current bill.
The error above is not really helpful in any way or I would rather say, ugly.
Yes, agreed this is a bad experience. Ruchee, if you have $0 bill, you will not get a PDF (for now). However, there was a separate issue where some customers who had non-zero bills were seeing the same message. We are investigating and root-causing
that issue right now.
