  • Hi i8Vigor,

I've looked into the tracking id and it looks like that the deployment failed since the storage account is disabled. Not sure how this happened. Are you using the existing storage account while creating the new virtual machine? If yes, can you try to create a new virtual machine using new storage account? Preferably, you can manually setup a storage account and while creating VM , provide the manually created storage account.

If this does not work, let us know and we can investigate the issue further.

    Thanks,

    Hari

  • Hi,

it could be a temporary problem with portal. Can you try again? BTW which image are you using to create the VM?

  • I've tried for days. I'm using the WIN SVR 2012 VM.  This really sucks.  I'm behind schedule with migrating my site over to Azure and support is just not there yet.
