I have two Windows Azure VM instances.
I would like to share services between two VM Roles.
- SQL Server
- SCOM 2012
I´m installing SCOM 2012 in VM 2. I need that VM 2 access TCP (1433, 135, 149 etc) ports in VM 1.
How can I do this?
Why do not want to install SCOM in VM role? I think SCOM in local machine may a better choice because SCOM can also works and get Azure VM data, and you need extra linsence for SCOM 2012 in VM role.
Another thing is " share services ", do you want to use SCOM to access the service in VM1, if so, you do not need extra works for that, SCOM has its management api to access VM1 service, i think. If you only need VM2 normal Azure application to access VM1 service, please following the Alexander's advice, create a internal endpoint for that service.
Hope this helps.
